Dunnington FC website goes live

We have have just completed a web design project for local football club, Dunnington FC. The aim of the site was to keep all the players up to date with the latest club news, as well has having sections with news and photographs for each of the ten teams. A major requirement in the brief, was the ability for each of the ten managers to update the latest news and results for their team.

Microsoft’s Windows Internet Explorer (formerly Microsoft Internet Explorer) has had a strangle hold on the web browser market since its launch in 1995, which peaked at 95% usage share during 2002 and 2003 with IE5 and IE6.

Photographic restoration project:003

There is nothing we like more at York Graphic Designers than seeing the face of a satisfied customer. John tasked YGD with restoring and recolouring an old photo for his friend Cliffe. The photo was of Cliffe’s wife, Eileen, on their wedding day, who had sadly recently passed away. Cliffe had mentioned it was a shame that when they were married in the late 1940′s, it was generally only black and white photography that was available.

2010 UK Google Doodles

The first ever Google Doodle was used on 30th August 1998 to celebrate the Burning Man Festival. It was created by Larry Page and Sergey Brin (the founders of Google), to notify Google users of their absence in the event of a server crash.
